STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT Sequel Looks Set To Feature Content From Multiple Eras

A few new details about the Star Wars Battlefront sequel have emerged this week, and as well as further confirmation about a single-player campaign, we now know that it will revolve around multiple eras.

Star Wars Battlefront is easily one of 2017's most highly anticipated releases, especially as it's been confirmed that it will feature a single-player campaign that the first instalment was so sorely missing. Beyond that, we don't really know what EA and DICE have planned, but during an earnings call this week, it was mentioned that the next instalment is going to span "multiple eras." Which ones?

We don't know, though more Rogue One content seems likely as there are so many planets and ships which the DLC didn't cover. In terms of the original trilogy, it's hard to think where else the game could take us, though updated versions of Hoth and Bespin would be no bad thing. It was mentioned last year that the Star Wars Battlefront sequel is going to include content from the new trilogy.

Will the prequels get a mention? It seems unlikely, but there's so much great stuff there that it would actually be a shame for it to be ignored! What do you guys think? As always, let us know down below.
